Google Chrome 90 New Feature to Allow Creating Links to Specific Sections of Webpage

Google is rolling out a new feature to some users of Chrome 90 that allows them to highlight text on a webpage and create a link to that specific section. The feature was first launched as a browser extension on Chrome called “Link to Text”.
